 Electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, paper, and other industries, as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction, and other fields. According to customers’ request, we can make wireless remote transmission as Lora/LoraWan/NB/4G, etc.


Precautions before installation of explosion-proof converter:
1、First make the signal line and the excitation line through the processed gasket (the size of the outer diameter 26, the inner hole 5, the thickness of 3mm) center hole, and the gasket fell flat to take over the bottom plane
2、Use a canvas to block the gap between the center hole of the gasket and then inject a height of about 25mm of epoxy resin in the connector and connect it to the safety cutout (circular circuit board) to make the safety cutout on the surface of the epoxy glue
3、In the connector continue to inject epoxy glue, to ensure safety cutout the epoxy resin under the height of not less than 20mm (in the case not affect the assembly, inject more glue to improve safety)

Installation requirements:
1. Flow direction must be the same direction as marked on the meter.
2. Make sure the meter is full of pipe.
3. Straight pipe at inlet and outlet are 5 times DN and 2 times DN.
4. Avoid negative pressure.
5. The instrument is far away from strong magnetic fields, such as large transformers, large motors, high voltage lines, and other places.
If the tested medium pipeline is a plastic or metal pipeline with a protective layer and anticorrosion layer, the sensor must install a grounding electrode or grounding ring!!!
Generally, a grounding device should be installed, and the grounding wire should be more than 4 mm2 copper wire. The grounding resistance is preferably less than 10 ohms.
Installation of electromagnetic flowmeter on a metal pipe: there is no insulation coating on the inner and outer walls of the metal pipe.
