Solar Powered Battery Operated Electromagnetic Flow Meter

This product is a dual power supply system composed of a solar power distribution system and a battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter. Under the condition of solar energy, the solar power supply can achieve flow measurement, data wireless upload and flow control. In the absence of solar energy, the battery power supply system can complete flow measurement and data wireless upload. This system is especially suitable for flow measurement and flow control in oil fields without power supply.

The solar power distribution system has solar protection, over-current, over-voltage protection and other functions, which can ensure the long-term reliable use of solar panels and batteries.
The self-developed solar power distribution system outputs two 12V low-noise power supplies, ensuring high-precision measurement of electromagnetic flowmeter. It is equipped with battery powered converter of our company, and can operate continuously for more than 14 days.
The valve control and drive power in the embedded control valve can ensure reliable operation of the valve.
The combination of the solar dual power supply flow measurement system and the solar power supply valve actuating system can realize the solar dual power supply flow control system, whose control flow setting value can be set remotely, and supports remote control of valve opening and closing.
The wireless data transmission system supports 4G, NB, Zigbee wireless data transmission networks, and can transmit instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, alarm status and control parameters (specially customized).
